SMS stands for Short Message Service; most people know it as 'text messaging'.

You can now send your consignment note number or customer reference by SMS to us at TNT and we will SMS you back the latest status information about your system.

This facility is available for tracking both UK national and international shipments.

Simply send a text message to the following telephone numbers:-

UK national shipment                       07770 777 177

International shipment                     +44 7860010203

Start your message with the letter ‘C’ if tracking a consignment note number or a letter ‘R’ if tracking a customer reference – and then enter the details of the consignment you wish to search for – and press ‘send’ – it’s that simple.

For example:- to track a consignment note number or reference send the text message                    ‘C 12345678’, or ‘R ABC12345’ to the appropriate number above.

By return you will receive a live update of the current status of your shipment including details of the signatory and time/date of delivery.
